    A grey with a blue tint flagstone that is very smooth and has a consistent thickness of around 1″.  Very durable. Pieces range in size from 2′ x 3′ and smaller.  Popular for patios and walkways.

  • Pennsylvania Large Fieldstone Outcropping

    Fieldstone from Pennsylvania.  Brown to Grey to Red in color.  Sized from 5″ to 15″ thick and 3′ – 6′ in length and width.  Used for steps and outcropping.  Usually very weathered and even mossy!!

    Fieldstone from Pennsylvania.  Colors range from deep burgundy to brown to grey.  A lot of weathered edges and even moss!

    Sized from 6″ to 18″.  Approx 40 – 200 lbs. each.  Somewhat flat and able to be stacked.

  • Pine Bark

    Pine Bark is a natural material. It comes from the bark of Red Pine trees. It releases acid into the soil helping plants that do well in acidic soils. It is dark brown in color with a reddish tint. Unlike other natural barks, this one will fade very little. It is very finely shredded and will break down in 1 – 2 years. Plan on topping this one off a little every year. 400 – 500 lbs. per yard.

  • Pinestraw Mulch

    Pine Straw is different than wood mulch or bark. It comes in a bale. Mostly used in the South Eastern part of the US, it has made its way north and is becoming very popular due to its ease of transporting, spreading, and durability. The needles are 6-8 inches long and will last for 2-3 years.  Acidic loving plants do well with this around them.  Each bale covers approx. 30-40 square feet at 3 inches thick and weighs 15 – 25 lbs.

    Playground mulch is a small wood chip with outstanding durability. Used in high traffic areas such as playgrounds. It is a light brown – blonde color. It is made with clean wood to ensure it is free of disease (like poison ivy) and metal (like nails). Popular with schools, daycare centers, parks, and homeowners. It will last 2 – 3 years depending on the amount of use. 300 – 400 lbs. per yard.

    A natural shredded bark. Made from the wood and bark of cedar logs. Light brown to blonde in color. Extremely durable bark that not break down quickly. While it will fade some, this material will last for 2+ years. People enjoy the fresh cedar aroma and it is said to be a natural bug and insect deterrent. 300 – 400 lbs. per yard.
