Stone Bark Decorative Stone
Stone Bark?? What is this? Well, it’s almost just what it says… It is a 1″ rounded stone that is dark to light brown in color and VERY lightweight. Upclose, the texture of the stone looks like little “wood chips”, and from a distance it looks like wood mulch instead of stone. This has been a very popular stone in the past few years due mostly to its earth-tone color and ease of installation.

Unscreened Fill Dirt/Sand
Good ole fashioned dirt! This is dirt and/or sand that has not been screened. This product varies in consistency. Our typical stock of this material is more like fill sand. Sometimes it’s more like clay however, or a mix of both. (feel free to call us for current conditions 😉)It is good for filling up a hole (i.e. an old swimming pool) inexpensively. Also used to build up areas such as berms or around foundations where something else will cover it, like mulch, stone or better topsoil. You would have a tough time growing grass in this.

Virginia Slate
A dark grey / black flagstone. Has some veins of white/silver running through. Approx. 1.5″ – 2″ thick. Pieces range from approx. 3′ x 3′ and smaller.

Wood Chips
Wood chips, like the natural mulch is made from recycled products like construction lumber and logs. Its all wood content and size make it extremely durable and long lasting. Ideal for high traffic areas. It will fade, but the chips will last for at least 3 – 4 years before breaking down. 300 – 400 lbs. per yard.
